It’s a big ad, but the staff at W.L. London and Son apparently left it very late to buy space in the December 21, 1899 edition of The Chatham Record.
Or did they? The typesetting is interesting here. Are they trying to render the copy to suggest a shape, like maybe a half a house? And what about those odd circles?
