Have you ever seen a book or movie in the library catalog but realized it’s located at another Chatham County library branch? No need to travel to Siler City or Goldston to pick it up – you can place a hold on the item right from the catalog, and our courier will deliver it to Chatham Community Library!
From the online catalog, simply click the Place Request button next to the item you want to request (see image to the left). Choose your pickup location, then click the Submit Request button.
Our distribution service typically runs every weekday. (No delivery on Saturdays.) Allow two to three business days for delivery of your items. You will be notified by phone or email when your items are ready to pick up. To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click the Requests link on the left side of the page.
